The Almost Fabulous Cottage
When I thought about doing this blog, I wanted to make sure part of it covered home decor and cottages. So I'm super excited tonight to be doing my first blog on a "Almost Fabulous Cottage". After visiting the Fahl house today, I think Angie needs to change her blog to "The Fabulous Cottage"..
I met Angie back in 2010, on the Marshall Home Christmas Tour..and we've been friends since. If I could sum Angie up I would say she is extremely organized, put together, classy and very creative. So what do we have in common? Creativity & Cottages, quaint, cozy, homes with a ton of character..
Meet Angie and her beautiful family:
I'm a 20 something mother and wife that is obsessed with organization, design, and all things black, red , & white. We recently moved into a fabulous little cottage and are slowly making it our own. I am blessed to have a wonderful husband that is on board for my many to do lists. I am also very lucky to have an extremely talented best friend who paints, sews, creates, and listens to me ramble about my many decorating ideas. I am also thankful for a mother that has allowed me to decorate, arrange, and organize since I was a very small child. My mother has a great eye for design and has always inspired me to make things my own. I'm also equally thankful for my antique loving dad who fills my home with wonderful pieces that he builds to my specifications.

The amazing pieces was handcrafted by Angie's dad, it makes as a TV armoire. |

Both Angie and I have this twig Christmas deer above our fireplaces. We're in love with him so much we both keep it up year round.. |

How would you like to wake up to this each morning? |

Angie's dad also handcrafted her plank table |

Jules old nursery is under renovation waiting for the arrival of a new little brother |

Think Pink, Avery has upgraded to Angie's childhood bed |

This cute little table in Jules room was Angie's as a child |
