Let's talk clothing layers because in Minnesota and winter quickly approaching this is a must-have conversation.  Today's other half of blog will revolve around keeping warm yet doing it in a stylish way.  I know you're all probably sick of seeing Penelope but she is such a perfect example of a stylish layered look..

Penelope loves this outfit..all she is missing is her niki biki leggings and tall boots..   Penelope sports  a wool hat, cowl, nikibiki tank, jean shirt, blazer, and a wide belt..  Oh yes, can't forget her bling around the neck..
