Day 109 ~ Reindeer Feet

DIY
 ~  Reindeer Feet  ~

Another great pin on pinterest. When I stumbled across these I knew for sure I was going to do this easy craft with Avery. Of course, anything to do with paint and she is game. I guess I didn't have to beg for her to help with this one. Our yarn Christmas tree  was the perfect place to hang out new art work! Hope you have just as much fun making these Reindeer faces with your feet as we did.

Supplies : Paint of your choice, I went with brown for the body, red for the nose, white and blue for the eyes.  Brown marker for the antlers, white or colored paper. And of course, 2 feet :) You could even use a cute red pom for the nose and the googly eyes!

Paint those feet! Be careful, the owner of the foot might tell you it tickles mommy and start to kick :) Paint gets every where.

I set the paper on the floor, it was just easier for Avery to stand. Place the foot any place you want the print.

Repeat the previous steps to the other foot.

Add the red paint to the thumb.

I showed Avery on one foot print where to add the nose, so she repeated it on the other foot print!

Add the white paint to any finger tip.

I did the same with this one, showed her where to add the white part of the eyes and she repeated on the other foot print. Pretty good if you ask me :)

Of course these reindeer had to have blue eyes, blue is our favorite color! Make sure to add your antlers and you are done :)
We added it to our yarn Christmas tree. We had frosty out of cotton balls, but she thought the cotton balls needed to come off and now frosty is no longer frosty. We need to get busy before Christmas with some new art work!

One proud mom :) ~ Leiah
